Artwork:
1. We accept file formats such as PDF, TIF, JPG...etc.
2. Set the image resolution at least 150 DPI.
3. When designing, please refer to the 2nd picture;
4. DO NOT put any important information or graphic at the top of 1 inch and the bottom of 3 inch(These are hidden areas!!!!)
5. If you need our design, please send your logo,image or text content to the email address shown on the 3nd listing picture
Returns:
1. We accept the return of the retractable stand for a partial refund, but not the banner printed per buyer's file.
2. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns.
3. Outbound shipping cost is not refundable unless the item was damaged as received.
4. A restocking fee may apply if the item is not in its original new condition on returns.
