Vintage Kenner 1973 Turbo Tower of Power TTP Police Harley Davidson Motorcycle

Is in kinda rough played with condition with scratches, scuffs. The fairing and front fender are loose but they are still fastened ok. Is untested with out the tower pump but wheel is still hooked up and spins like it should work. Not sure if missing anything but comes just as shown. (see pics)
