Vintage Maple City Pottery Salt Glaze Stoneware Covered Casserole Dish. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
Up for your consideration is a Maple City Pottery salt glaze covered casserole (?) dish. I went out one day with my mom, going to different antiques store. I found this this dish in one of those stores, I think about 20 years or so ago. The original owner, from the looks of the dish, must have cooked in it. The dish without the lid, measures approximately 5” x 9”, and holds, at best guess, close to 3 quarts. The bottom is marked Goyi. Since I’ve owned it, it has sat in my hutch as decoration. There is a small chip on the bowl, inside rim. I believe it’s photo #4 I show that in. Maple City pottery has closed its doors and is no longer in production.
